[TSVN] TMerge: Unknown Line Type problem

The "Compare with working copy" context menu in the log window is nearly
useless to us. Everytime we use it, TMerge starts and displays an error
window like
        "An unknown line type was found in line 2053".

* What is an "unknown line type"? What is a line type anyway? I only
know of file types and line endings...

* How do I know what file causes the error

* How do I know what in the file cause the error? Does TMerge try to
show binary diffs? Our repository contains a mixture of Windows, UTF-8
and binary files.

Help! I have no clue where to search for the cause.

BTW, we are using the official TSVN 1.1.3 release, Build 2502
