But you still missed to tell which method you use to access your
repository. Ok, so now we know it's not svn+ssh, but it still could be
svn, http, https, file.

setup and/or problems. You can use our mailing list
dev@tortoisesvn.tigris.org for that. Since your question is not
a FAQ, I've removed your question from there. If you're problem still
