Well that's fine and all, but I do believe there is additional information,
no? I mean, wouldn't it be nice to know that "base" is from rxxx, "theirs"
is currently rxxx? I mean I can just use %base adn %theirs, but having the
full path name in the name for each file is not very cool, especially since
the pertinent information the extension at the end of the path.

Regardless, if the variables are not to be supported, I do believe they
should be removed from the documentation. That's where my confusion is
coming from.
