Well... Maybe I'm a little pro-windows (if I'm using TortoiseSVN is
because of something...) and that sentence does NOT seems good to me
nor any user of TortoiseSVN -- some of them will be using IE as
primary/unique browser.

Maybe is it just a joke? Does it goes good with IE?
