I think it's a good idea. I am concerned that I forget things which have
been mentioned on the list, and I even file bugs against TSVN in our own
Fogbugz installation here, though not very consistently.

I'd be delighted if the harder-working and more diligent people on the list
could file bugs which I could then work on, when time persists.

I don't know enough about different products to select one - the only one I
have much experience of is Fogbugz, which is commercial, so irrelevant.
