[TSVN] Renaming folders fools cache

Hi Folks,

Renaming a folder under svn control fools the cache. A simple recipe is:
- Create new folder 'foo'
- Checkout something into 'foo'
- rename 'foo' to 'bar' (overlay is gone)
- create new folder 'foo' (gets overlay that 'bar' should have)
- F5 makes the overy icon appear on 'bar', but 'foo' keeps the overlay which
it shouldn't

Cheers
- Lübbe
