[TSVN] Possible bug when creating a tag/branch with tortoise 1.1.3

Hi all,

I am not on this list, so please feel free to answer directly to me.
Following scenario:

1. checked out an older revision from my trunk into my workdir
2. now I wanted to start a branch from there

As it seems the branch will not created from the revision of the workdir,
it will be created on the trunks head :(

Not what somebody will expect - also it seems that this way
there is no way to create a branch/tag for an older revision
by only using tortoise :((
