I have no problems entering a date like that. Only if I specify a date
which doesn't contain a revision, then I get an error.
Can you try with a date that you're sure exists?

Sure. PREV, BASE, COMMITTED refer to the working copy. And since the
repobrowser works directly on the repository (with URL's, without a
working copy) this doesn't work.
