If I select 2 folders in TSVN and diff using TMerge, I get a dialog
saying "Access is denied" and TMerge closes. There are 2 ways we could
handle this better:

1. If the diff viewer is TMerge, don't offer diff for folders.
2. Get TMerge to check for folder arguments and display a better error
message.
3. Change TMerge to diff folders (only joking).

I am planning to add a new diff chapter to the DUG, so I will mention
using external diff programs for folder diff.
