[TSVN]Windows Explorer hangs in revision 2734...

Hi. all.

I tested TSVN revision 2734.

When I executed Explorer by clicking mouse, the operation is proper.
but When I typed "Win+E", The Explorer is hangs.

The message was "C++ Runtime ..." and "Abnormal ..."
sorry, I don't remember the correct error message.

TSVN(revision 2729) doesn't have the problem.
