According to the TortoiseSVN manual, if you use Apache as your SVN
server, you can use any authentication protocol that Apache supports.
That includes the Windows version of Kerberos by use of SSPI, and also
includes LDAP. Is this what you're looking for?

(TortoiseSVN does not automatically send your Windows authentication
information to the SVN server when you're logged on. The
Apache/SSPI-based solution requires that the password be sent in
cleartext [or SSL tunneled] to the server...)
