[TSVN] Change commit messages

Hi Folks,

Just a small bug (missing feature).

When changing a commit message (shift doubleclick in log), the old message
is not loaded into the edit box. OK, I can always copy & paste manually, but
in 90% of the cases I'm fixing a typo, so I need the old message.
