That means that the commit worked ok (the repository is now as you
would expect after a completely successful commit), but a post-commit
hook script returned an error.
Since the client received an error, your working copy now is somewhat
'broken' - a known issue (don't know if there's an issue filed for
this in the Subversion issue tracker, but the problem is known).
