[TSVN] Two questions about commit dialog

1. The Log Message History combobox is not populated until after the
files and directories have been scanned. This means that if a large
directory tree is being committed, it will take a fair amount of time
for the combobox to be populated. So if I wanted to use a previous
message, I have to wait until the directory scan is completed before I
can use the previous message. Would it be possible to populate the
combobox before the directory scan starts? This would allow us to use a
previous message and edit it while the directory scan is taking place.

2. The auto-complete (type three characters and the matching filenames
show in a list) also matches on the 'Text Status' column. If I type
'add' in the message edit and I have added some files, I get a list
showing 'added'. If I type 'mod' I get 'modified' if there are any
files modified. Is this intentional?
