[TSVN] TortoiseSVN - FAQ

When I attempt a checkout, with TSVN, on the url:
http://svn.collab.net/repos/tortoisesvn/tags/version_1.1.3
I consistently get the error:
REPORT request failed on \'/repos/tortoisesvn/!svn/vcc/default\'
Why? Because of the bang in the path?
I\'m using TSVN 1.1.3 (not the special needs version).
