[TSVN] settings flag for case insensitive diff

Hi,
at our company we use TSVN to manage VisualBasi6 sources. Our
workstations are WIN2k / XP.

It works very well bat VB has a stupid problem that sometimes switch
variable's e method's names from upper to lover case. VB is case
insensitive so there is no change to the syntax/semantic of the
software but verifyng changes with TSVN becomes a nightmare.
I know that it is possible to use an external diff, but would be
wonderful if TSVN will have a new option in the settings for chose to
use diff in case insensitive mode.

best regards
Francesco Pasqualini
