[TSVN] Recursive overlays don't work 100%

Hi Folks,

I just modified a file down my project path:

D:\Source\SVN\SubVersion\subversion\po\de.po (guess what I was doing :-))

and the modified overlay does not get propagated up to the WC root. In the
explorer treeview no folder shows a modified icon. In the right pane, de.po
and D:\Source\SVN\SubVersion\subversion\po\ get a modified overlay,
D:\Source\SVN\SubVersion\subversion\ and D:\Source\SVN\SubVersion\ don't.

The WC root is D:\Source\SVN\SubVersion, F5 doesn't help. Killing the cache
process does.

After the cache treewalk is finished, the .svn folders get a modified
overlay until I hit F5, but I think that is already known.
