[TSVN] bug: incompatibility between zipmagic and tortoisesvn

[I'm not on the list, so I'd appreciate responses being cc'ed to me.]

When ZipMagic 4.0's Zip Folders feature is turned on in Windows XP,
it causes problems with TortoiseSVN. Zip Folders is a feature which
treats a zip file like a folder in Windows XP.

For example, TortoiseSVN has trouble
committing a .zip file to an respository, or updating a zip file from the
repository. It seems to get confused, and think that the .zip file is
a directory, when in fact it's a .zip file containing multiple files.
This is probably the expected behavior in this case, but it still seems
as though it's a bug because it doesn't work properly. Perhaps Zipmagic
has some sort of interface or API for finding out if what appears to
be a directory is really a zip file?

Thanks,
James
