I've seen that too, but thanks anyway.

Just note: TSVN doesn't to anything with the files. The workaround for
AV-software locking files always has been in the Subversion library
itself. The patch mentioned only improves that workaround for situations
where the file isn't 'locked' but a sharing violation occurs.
