Hello All,

I'm having more luck now.

I deleted my checked-out Subversion and downloaded httpd source, and
replaced it with the Subversion 1.1.3 source Zip file
(http://subversion.tigris.org/servlets/ProjectDocumentList?folderID=260)
which includes "apr" directories. I then re-ran the Python command (as
in Build.txt) in the Subversion directory, and ran build.bat again.
Most everything compiled. Still dealing with a few small things, but
overall it's 99% better.

I suspect that I either tried to use the wrong httpd source version
and/or didn't run the Python script after changing versions (probable,)
or that the current Subversion source from the SVN repository is not
compatible with TortoiseSVN (possible, but not likely.)

Thanks!
Kendell
