Again, "ah, right". Ta. Looks like there's a patch incoming for mkdir -p

Apologies for not searching the issue trackers first.

Which dialogues use the 'normal' textbox? I've tried out rename...,
merge... and a couple of other dialogues, from the shell extension menu, and
in those dialogues the textboxes don't exhibit the desired behaviour on
double-clicking.
