No, was only joking, I know how big the source tree is! I've just been
following their discussions on moving recently so thought I'd mention
their interest in subversion. I've always found their CVS access a pain!
FWIW, we take each tarball of the boost source release and put it in a
separate repo, along with the libs and dlls built from it, and then just
have external links to pull in the headers and libs/dlls that each
project requires. This allows us to have local modifications to the
boost source under version control which has been handy on the odd
occasion. It does also mean that a checkout for each project in trunk
drags in everything it needs to build.
Its just a shame there are so many boost headers, that is the only think
making current recursive overlays slow for us! The rest of our sourcode
isn't nearly as large
Cheers
