Sorry, but no. At least not now. The specifications clearly state that
the %BUGID% _must_ be pre/appended to the log message in a separate line
to make it easier for hook scripts to parse the log message.

I'm still considering implementing something with regular expressions,
but that will take some time and might even make TSVN depend on the
boost library (yet another external lib to download/compile/install
before you can compile TSVN....)
