[TSVN] Copy message contains format tags

When tagging a project using TSVN->Branch/Tag, the copy dialog contains
a note with html format tags. It makes the note hard to read.

Notice ...blah... you need to <b>switch</b> over
Notice to that copy path. Use the <b>Switch</b> command ...
