[TSVN] New status cache: SVN columns not working

Today's nightly: TortoiseSVN 1.1.3, Build 2613, UNICODE

When enabling the external cache, most of the additional SVN columns in
the exploter list view do not work:

SVN Status works
SVN Revision empty
SVN URL empty
SVN short URL empty
SVN mime-type empty

Turn ExternalCache off and the colums work as expected (after hitting F5
in Explorer).
