[TSVN] wc related warning in repo browser

Hi,

When I try to copy a folder (trunk) in the repo browser to an url where
the parent (branches) of the folder (mybranch) doesn't exist yet, I get:
   Out of date:'branches' in transaction '1-1'
   You have to update your working copy first

but I don't even have a working copy at this point.

(yes, I understand that svn gives the out of date error, and out of date
errors are *usually* caused by wc's that have not been updated. The
message just looks out of place here)
