[TSVN] Revision graph problems

From: Simon Large <slarge_at_blazepoint.co.uk>

Hi Stefan,

Just tried a revision graph for TSVN. The initial view looks like
RevGraph1.png. As soon as I zoom in or out it goes back to normal.

The zoom in/out accelerators seem to have disappeared.

Zoom in always jumps back to the top of the graph instead of keeping the
same centre point.

Some of the lines are still crossed/confused. Maybe this is unavoidable
in a complex tree. See RevGraph2.png
