[TSVN] blame not working with notepad in nightly (r2598)

Hi,

In the latest nightly, the blame command doesn't seem to be able to "Use
Text viewer to view blames".

Notepad starts, but with a warning: "Cannot find the .txt file. Do you
want to create a new file?"

When the internal blame viewer is used, everything works as expected.

(The new icon caching thingy works great, btw, thanks!)
