[TSVN] Merge dialog

Hi Stefan,

Almost there! In r2598 when the 'Use "From:" URL' box is unchecked, show
log still does an N-1 on the "From:" revision. That should only happen
when the box _is_ checked.

When the box is checked, the URL copy seems to work just fine :-)

The WC show log still does not update the "From:" URL. That feature is
still useful in the case where you want to merge all trunk changes (last
merged revision to HEAD) into a branch. But if you are unhappy with it,
it is not essential.

I'm off to try the new caching now ...
