Up to now TSVN is suffering from TCVSs excessive usage of icon overlays.
TCVS already using seven icons :-)
Reducing the priority should also work, because these overlays would simply
be dropped. I wonder if there is a possible fallback strategy like:
1) Try to use seven overlay icons. In order of importance: (InSubversion,
Modified, Conflict, Locked, Fetching, Deleted, Added)
2) If there aren't enough overlay slots available, set aside the icons
starting from the end of the list and use the 'Modified' icon instead
3) Display the used icons somewhere on the settings page. The dropped ones
are grayed out.

I just want to make sure that there is always an overlay displayed and not
'nothing' if an overlay slot is lost to another app.
