[TSVN] Problem with Win98

Hello TortoiseSVN Team,

I am using the TortoiseSVN 1.1.3 and native filesystem repository.
If I choose in ShowLog menu the "Compare with Working Copy" or "Show
Differences as unified Diff", I got following Msg:
"Unable to open an ra_local session to URL
 Unable to Open Repository file:///.....
 Can't get shared lock on file:///..../db.lock"

I don't have this problem in WinXP or in Win2k.
so what do you think?
