[TSVN] there is minor bug for icon overlay in New status cache?...

I tested revision 2598 in korean win2k, sp4.
there was minor bug for icon overlay...

example..
Working copy is c:\test1\test2\test3\myworking.

if the working copy is local modification.
Icons of c:\, c:\test1, c:\test1\test2, c:\test1\test2\test3 and c:\...\myworking are modified icon.
(c:\, c:\test1, c:\test1\test2, c:\test1\test2\test3 are not working copy...)
but if the working copy is not local modification.
only Overlay icon of "c:\test1\test2\test3\myworking" is showed.
(this is correct operation.)

I was surprised for new cache system.. thanks...
