I don't like that idea very much, because the next 300 questions on the list
will be "Why is 'foodiff' not in the default list?"

That's a better idea, but it would require two registry settings per diff
tool, two lines in the settings dialog and if Steve doesn't pay attention,
settings may get lost when upgrading from older versions of TSVN.
