[TSVN] [new user] make --stop-on-copy default

Hello Everybody,

I am a new user of tsvn, and recently upgraded to TSVN 1.1.3. How can
I set the log command to take the option of --stop-on-copy? In my
installation that checkbox is always grayed out.

Also, is there a setting which will always set this option by default?
This is useful as our users do not want to see large import logs that
take much time to be shown.
