[TSVN] Bug in right click menu options - 1.1.3 Build 2502

Hi,

First of all thanks for your time. Here are my observations.

1)What I expect to happen when I right click on an object (file or directory) in
the explorer.

A menu giving me the option to commit, update, show log, check for modifications

What actually happens.

I get only the option to Checkout or view the repo.

2) What I expect to happen when I right click not on an object in the explorer.

A menu giving me the option to checkout or view the repoBrowser.

What actually happens.

A menu giving me the option to commit, update, show log, check for
modifications appears.

Conclusion

Some how the right click item list of action 2) have been swapped for action 1).
This means that I can't commit or update or checkout any files using Tortios svn
which is a shame because I realy like this tool.

p.s. Tried to uninstall, restart and re-install with the same results.
