The diff is created by the subversion library. And that uses the
locale settings on your system. Problem is though: TSVN has to set the
locale to "english" for its own process if you have the english
language selected in the settings dialog, otherwise TSVN would be in
english but all the Subversion error messages would be in the system
locale language (damn gettext!).
So: if you want this to work correctly, you have to install the korean
language pack and then make use of it in the settings dialog.
