[TSVN] Filename completion in commit dialog

I just noticed when committing some changes that SVN (1.1.3, Build 2502)
now offers to complete filenames while I'm typing a log message, but it
doesn't pick up all the files.

I have three files listed, two with changes and one non-versioned which I
have checked the box to add. The completion only works for the two existing
files, not for the new one.
