IMHO, you should not use TortoiseProc.exe to do what you want but a client
like svn.exe (from Subversion zip install file).
Provided you installed TSVN 1.3.3, simply puts svn.exe (v. 1.3.3) in the
same directory and call it (fully documented in Subversion documentation).

I'm doing a little web app that list all folders in my Repository and
make each folder clickeable with a link aka: svn://mysvnserver/projectname.

I have made a little vb app that handles svn 'protocol' and opens
Tortoise checkout dialog, but the only thing I can set is CheckOut
Directory with 'path'...

Is there a way to set URL of repository by command line ? It would be
wonderful :-)
