Could we 'abuse' the conflicted icon to display this information? I'm also
wondering if we *really* need the 'added' and 'deleted' icons. We could
always display the 'modified' overlay. If people want to see the exact
status, they can switch on a column provider. The commit dialog displays
this information as well.

We are going to need another status icon for 'locked' in the near future. My
suggestion is to drop 'added' and 'deleted' in favour of 'locked' and
'fetching' if that makes sense to you.

Cheers
