[TSVN] Multi-Monitor issues

TSVN still has some multi monitor issues. Windows happen pop up on the
wrong screen, and I sometimes wonder where the checkout dialog is until
I realize it is on the other screen...

I don't know how to describe it more precise, maybe you can ask some
questions?
