Can it run even if no user is logged on (not essential but would be nice
at some point the future)? I realise it doesn't need to be a service.
I think I was more referring to the fact that this app would be
providing a 'service' than actually being 'a service' and as you pointed
out in another reply, we shouldn't confuse the two!
