The error message is thrown by the subversion library. I think that a
virus scanner has locked the files and Subversion can't access them anymore.

TSVN can't do anything about those error messages. They're thrown by the
Subversion library. If you want to change the text of those, please go
to the Subversion mailing list and ask for more clear error messages.
About the dialog box: what would you suggest TSVN should do instead? Not
showing the error?
