The work around I use is to collapse the portion of the working copy in
the tree view that I want to refresh, select the collapsed node, press
F5, then reexpand it.

If there is a better way, I would love to know it. The "Refresh Icons"
feature from TortoiseCVS is useful and might be considered for TortoiseSVN.

I guess something like this is even necessary due to shortcomings in
Windows icon handling??
