[TSVN] can't diff with examdiff

Hi,

have updatet TortoiseSVN to 1.1.3 and now i can't view diff's with
ExemDiff. With TortoiseSVN 1.1.2 it works properly.

i think tsvn don't deliver filenames correctly to any external diff
viewer.
