Fair enough.
Though I don't see how it can help if you have multi-platform development -
one dev on linux adds file1.cpp and File1.cpp happily to the repo and dev2
on windows is in trouble.

A good but partial solution.

How?
Not wishing to reheat several old heated discussions but no-one could think
of a real way to allow windows to cope with case sensitive filename issues -
it's particularly irritating because NTFS _is_ case sensitive and you can do
what you want with the native API, but it would be lunacy for tsvn to do
that as it would break so many things that all use the win32 API, of course.
