[TSVN] 1.1.3

Hi,

I'd like to release 1.1.3 this evening, but if there are some issues
left I would wait a little longer. So my questions are:

- are there any open bugs left which should be fixed for 1.1.3?
- doc changes which should go into 1.1.3 but haven't yet?
- translation status for 1.1.3 branch?

if nothing serious is left, I guess I can start the release procedure
this evening.
