PS: I can reproduce this reliably, You only have to close the TSVN settings
between two tries.

It either happens that all the bigger icons get clipped or that the smaller
icons (for some weird reason only the modified icon on my machine) get a
white box drawn around them.

You only have to switch between Group1 and Group2 icon sets below.

Group1: Icon Sets with XP colours
Modern, Straight, XPStyle

Group2: Icon Sets that only have 16 colours:
Classic, Subclipse
