Sure.
1. Right click on a folder and go to the TortoiseSVN -> Settings
2. Click 'Edit' to load the subversion config file into a text editor
3. Uncomment the 'use-commit-times = yes' line but not the '[miscellany]'
line
4. Save the config file and exit the editor
5. Close the settings dialog with Ok or Cancel
Now most operations in TortoiseSVN will come up with a '.../config:69:
Section header expected'. I don't have anything else in the config file
uncommented, so there is no section header.
I certainly understand the problem, but it would be nice if TortoiseSVN
would handle it more gracefully.
