[TSVN] Failed Authentication/Authorization message

Hi Folks,

We've got the following setup:
- Several repositories under a common SVNParentPath
- Authentication is handled with mod_auth_mysql
- Authorization is handled with mod_authz_svn

Today we got a little confused with the TSVN login dialog. What happened?
When trying to access a repository that you are not allowed to view, there's
no "Authorization" failed message. The login dialog is shown over and over
again (three times, haven't counted), giving no hint why tsvn is asking for
username password again. Since username/password were obviously correct, but
the user had no access rights to the repository, this behaviour is
confusing.

Would it be possible to show a: "No permission to open: <URL>" message?

Cheers
- Lübbe
