The version of TortoiseSVN has to match the version of the language pack
*exactly*. If you are running TortoiseSVN pre 1.1.2 and you install a 1.1.2
language file, the combobox will only show you english. I think the same
applies for a nightly build (1.1.3 beta) and a 1.1.2 language file.
Please look in the TSVN about box and check the version number. You will see
something like: "TortoiseSVN 1.1.2, Build 2449, UNICODE" which is a nightly
build in my case.
